Following an agreement signed by the Ministry of Health and the Excise, Customs and Monopoly Agency:
“Reach and CLP 2021-2023. Safety of chemicals: cooperation between different control authorities ”.
Starting from 4 October 2021, for a period of 24 months, the control activities on the requirements of the REACH and CLP Regulations will be strengthened at the border and will be carried out in cooperation with the competent Control Authorities.
These activities will concern the registration, authorization and restriction obligations in the Reach context, and labeling / packaging in the CLP context, also in line with the classification indicated in the SDS.
