The REACH Regulation is an integrated regulation for the registration, evaluation and authorization of chemicals, which aims to ensure a higher level of protection of human health and the environment, while aiming to maintain and strengthen the competitiveness and innovative capacities of the European chemical industry.
The CLP Regulation (CE) n° 1272/2008 requires manufacturers, importers and downstream users of substances and mixtures to classify, label and package hazardous chemicals in an appropriate manner before placing them on the market.
